AiSlap EQ Studio - End User License Agreement Effective date: November 6, 2026 Software provider: Zafar Malik, doing business as AiSlap Contact: support@aislapaudio.com 1. ACCEPTANCE This agreement is between you and Zafar Malik, doing business as AiSlap ("AiSlap," "we," or "us"), and governs your use of AiSlap EQ Studio, including the standalone application and any supplied plugin versions ("Software"). By selecting "I Agree" or checking "I accept the license agreement" and proceeding with installation, you accept this agreement. If you do not agree, cancel installation and do not install or use the Software. 2. YOUR LICENSE Subject to this agreement and any required payment, AiSlap grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to install and use the Software for personal and commercial audio production. The permitted number of users and activated devices, license duration, and included features are those disclosed when you obtain your license. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Software. AiSlap and its licensors retain their rights in the Software, documentation, branding, and supplied assets. 3. RESTRICTIONS You may not redistribute, rent, sublicense, or resell the Software or share license keys without written permission. You may not bypass licensing controls, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer the Software, except where applicable law permits these activities. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses. This agreement does not restrict rights those licenses grant you. 4. YOUR MUSIC AND AUDIO You retain your rights in audio, recordings, projects, presets, and other content you bring into or create using the Software. AiSlap does not claim ownership of your music or require royalties on your exports. You may commercially release audio processed with the Software, provided you have the necessary rights to the underlying content. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted recordings, samples, and other material. Using AiSlap does not grant rights to someone else's content. 5. PURCHASES, REFUNDS, AND UPDATES Applicable prices, license duration, device limits, refund terms, and update entitlements will be disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Future features, major upgrades, and ongoing support are included only when expressly promised in your purchase terms. This agreement does not reduce any rights or commitments stated in those terms. 6. PRIVACY Any collection and use of personal information will be described in a separate AiSlap Privacy Notice made available before the relevant information is collected. That notice will explain applicable data practices, including any information transmitted for licensing, support, diagnostics, or online features. This agreement does not itself authorize using your audio for advertising or AI training. 7. COMPATIBILITY, AUDIO RESULTS, AND BACKUPS Compatibility depends on your operating system, audio hardware, host application, plugin format, and the published system requirements. Processing results depend on your source material and settings. AiSlap does not guarantee specific loudness, sound quality, commercial results, or acceptance by a streaming or distribution platform. Keep backups of original recordings, projects, and presets. Use appropriate monitoring levels, particularly when adjusting gain, dynamics, or output volume. 8. WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. AiSlap does not guarantee that the Software will operate without interruption or errors. Nothing in this agreement excludes warranties or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by applicable law, AiSlap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Software, including lost profits or lost data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AiSlap's total liability arising from the Software or this agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited or excluded. 10. TERMINATION You may end this agreement by uninstalling the Software and discontinuing its use. AiSlap may terminate your license for a material breach that remains unresolved 30 days after written notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Termination does not transfer ownership of your content to AiSlap. You retain your rights in your audio, projects, presets, and exports. 11. APPLICABLE LAW This agreement is governed by California law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights applicable where you live. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. 12.
