FROM FIRST IMPORT TO FINAL EXPORT
A focused workflow for a small mix—or one finished stereo track that needs a final pass.
Add an instrumental, lead vocal, doubles and ad-libs. Each file becomes one track, up to eight total. Stereo files count as one.
Adjust volume, pan or stereo balance, mute and solo. Work with four channels per bank, while the Master stays in view. Rename tracks and choose their icons and colors.
All audible tracks feed the ten-band Master EQ, then a shared compressor, saturation, stereo width and sample-peak limiter. Auto Master analyzes the audible mix for a starting point.
Export the processed stereo mix as WAV, AIFF or FLAC. MP3 and linked-video exports use a separately installed FFmpeg engine.
KEEP YOUR FLOW
Save channel settings, imported media and Master processing in a mix project. Keep its companion media folder alongside it when moving your work.
Browse Factory and My Presets, or import and export Master processing presets. Presets store sound settings; mix projects retain your imported session.
BEFORE YOU DIVE IN
EQ Studio is in development. Here is what the current version is designed to do.
Each channel has level, pan or stereo balance, mute and solo. EQ and mastering run once on the combined Master bus. Per-channel EQ and effects are not included in 4.6.3.
Export every stem from the same song start, including opening silence. Imported tracks all begin at zero. This build has no clip offsets, trimming, recording, MIDI or automatic alignment. Decoded audio is held in memory, with a 512 MiB total session limit.
With a compatible FFmpeg engine installed, you can extract a video's first audio track and export a linked MP4 or MOV with the full processed mix replacing its soundtrack. This does not separate vocals from instruments. Video preview and alternate audio-track selection are not included.
The build includes a real FFT spectrum and input/output level meters. Auto Master uses approximate RMS and sample-peak analysis. LUFS, true-peak and LRA metering are not implemented.
A signed, precompiled public release is not available on this site yet. The current 4.6.3 package is development source. Native Mac release and AU/VST3 host validation are still pending. Contact support for release inquiries.
